    AltaVista Family Filter

    AltaVista has a Family Filter feature in their "Specialty Searches" section. This feature protects children form viewing inappropriate content. Kids can safely enjoy searching the entire web.


    CleanSearch provides an Inktomi- filtered search engine. This site contains directory listings, which filter out adult content, sites containing aggression, and offensive material.

    Goguardian provides a filter for children when using the searches on Go Network (Infoseek). This option filters results from kids’ searches and displays a warning for inappropriate viewing content. To activate this feature, select Goguardian by the search box on the home page.
